All orders are shipped from Italy. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

Shipping to Açores (Azores) and Madeira is available with a fixed rate of €30 per order.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the package leaves our fulfillment centre, Modex™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Any shipping-related issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
